At launch, CallBehalf makes calls in English, European Portuguese (Portugal, not Brazil) and Spanish (Spain). You can write your task in any language you like - we'll speak the right one on the call.

Yes. CallBehalf can phone an immigration, residency or tax office for you, navigate the phone menus, and wait on hold until someone picks up. It asks the question you set - about an appointment, a deadline or which documents to bring - and reports back what the office said.

No. CallBehalf makes a phone call and tells you what was said - nothing more. It has no logins, no system access and no official integrations, so it can't read a government database, retrieve your account details or submit forms online. It asks on the call, on your behalf, and reports the answer back to you.

If no one picks up or the call reaches voicemail, the report says so. We don't leave voicemail messages, and a failed call is always flagged as failed - you'll never see a confirmation that didn't happen.

The assistant only uses the details you provide for the task - a name, a phone number, a booking time. It shares them on the call only when the business actually asks, and nothing more. You stay in control of what you hand over.
